Erovoutika Empowers TESDA RITOs with 100% Passing Rate in ICT Training and CompTIA Tech+ Certification
Erovoutika has successfully concluded a 5-Day ICT Fundamentals Training and CompTIA Tech+ Certification program for 17 Regional IT Officers (RITOs), held from November 17 to 21, 2025, at Montebello Villa Hotel in Cebu City.
The intensive training program, conducted in collaboration with Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Region VII and TESDA Central Office, equipped participants with essential competencies in computer systems, networking, cybersecurity fundamentals, troubleshooting, and practical IT applications, with a strong focus and preparation for the CompTIA Tech+ Certification.
All 17 participants successfully passed the certification exam, achieving a remarkable 100% passing rate, with five participants earning perfect scores.
Key officials, including the Executive Director and the Regional Director of TESDA Region VII, were present during the training, underscoring the agency’s commitment to advancing ICT competencies nationwide.
This initiative builds upon earlier efforts in the same year. In March 2025, TESDA Central Office personnel also underwent CompTIA certification training, with Erovoutika serving as the official resource speaker from March 26 to 27, 2025.
The two-day program covered IT concepts, networking infrastructure, and Python programming on the first day, followed by advanced Python applications, database fundamentals, operating systems, and cybersecurity on the second day. The training emphasized hands-on learning to better prepare participants for real-world IT challenges and certification success.
Further strengthening its impact, Erovoutika formalized a partnership with the Quezon City Lingkod Bayan and Skills Development Center through an MOU aimed at expanding training in robotics, automation, and artificial intelligence. The collaboration is designed to provide industry-relevant, hands-on learning experiences for students and workforce trainees, helping them develop competencies aligned with the demands of the digital economy.
Under the partnership, Erovoutika will work with the local government to design specialized programs covering robotics programming, automation systems, and foundational AI concepts. The initiative reflects a shared commitment to workforce development, innovation, and accessible education, creating new opportunities for learners to gain practical skills and pursue careers in emerging technology fields.
Through these combined efforts, Erovoutika continues to play a vital role in building a future-ready workforce, supporting national ICT development, and fostering innovation across both public and private sectors in the Philippines.
