The prestigious recognition was personally conferred by Engr. Orhan Çevik, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Fibonacci Olympiad, a globally acclaimed platform that promotes academic excellence in the fields of robotics and mathematics.
The awarding ceremony highlights her exceptional contributions to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education in the Philippines.

As the newly appointed ambassador, Engr. Deplomo is set to represent the Philippines in various global initiatives led by Fibonacci. She will spearhead international collaborations, educational projects, and talent development programs aimed at advancing STEM among Filipino learners and educators. "This is not just a personal milestone," Engr. Deplomo said. "It is a victory for every Filipino student and educator who dreams of making an impact through STEM. I am honored to help bridge our nation to world-class opportunities."
In line with this recognition, Team Philippines is currently participating in the Fibonacci Mathematics Olympiad in Italy from May 12 to 16, 2025, where some of the country's brightest young mathematicians are competing against top students from around the world. The national delegation's participation has been made possible through the continued support of local institutions and the partnership between Fibonacci and Erovoutika.
Erovoutika, under Engr. Deplomo's leadership, has long been committed to promoting robotics and automation education in the Philippines through training programs, international competitions, and research and development initiatives. Her appointment as ambassador signals a broader commitment to providing Filipino youth with pathways to global excellence and innovation.
With this new role, Engr. Deplomo is poised to lead the way in opening international opportunities for Filipino students, ensuring they are not just participants but leaders in the global STEM community.
