This thermal printer is ideal for interfacing with a microcontroller such as an Arduino, you simply need a 3.3V-5V TTL serial output from your microcontroller to print text, barcodes, bitmap graphics, even a QR code! For interfacing with a computer, you will need an usb to serial converter such as an FTDI breakout board. Note: Please use decoupling capacitor around 100uf (electrolytic capacitor).
