For more advanced users, we do carry other Arduino Variants such as the Arduino Mega Board , which has a similar function to an Arduino Uno R3 but with more Input/Output (I/O) pins, or Arduino Nano , a compact version of the Arduino Uno R3 for those project with size constraints.
What makes the Arduino Uno R3 even more popular is the existence of Arduino shields , shields in general are boards that you place on top of the Arduino Uno Board for easier prototyping, without the hassle of using wires to connect each pin.
